Little Burro Painting

Little Burro
Medium: digital painting

A new coat submission for www.howrse.com/site/logIn! Visit my Howrse page here: www.howrse.com/joueur/fiche/?i…. So "burro" means "donkey" in Spanish, and the way to endear something as cute and little in Spanish is to add "ito" or "ita," so should I call this coat "Burrito"?

Equus asinus, or commonly called "burros," are small donkeys that roam wild in the desert regions of the Western United States. They were first introduced to the Southwest in the 1500s, most likely by gold-hunters. They are extremely hardy and can survive extremely dry, hot conditions. Sadly, the White Mountain burros were the last genetically sustainable herd of burros in North America, and the Bureau of Land Management decimated the herd. Burros will most likely be extinct in the wild before the end of the century. More fun facts here: www.desertusa.com/animals/wild…
